Announcement: The New Heights Educational Group, Inc is spearheading multiple contests and award possibilities. These are open to anyone.

New Heights Educational Group, Inc. Resource and Literacy Contests

We will list all of our ongoing contests on this page so please check back on a regular basis. Listed below are some of the contests that we will be offering now or in the near future.

Winners announced on October 15, 2009

All works must be the work of the student entering the contests, help with proofreading and some editing is allowed.

All essays and poems should be typed, in at least 12 point font, and single spaced.

All works must be mailed to:

With a note on check which contest your entering.

Example: Note – Art or Note - Poetry

New Heights Members entry fee $10

Non Members – Regular Entry Fee $15

1. Each work must have a title.

2. Each author may enter up to five works.

Each work requires a separate entry fee. 3. Only one poem or song per page.

4. The student’s name and phone number should appear at the top or bottom of each page.

No other from of identification should appear on these pages.

5. The student's full name, date of birth and grade level, and contact information, including email and phone number, should be on a separate sheet of paper.

Judging

1. All works will be evaluated by a panel of judges appointed by The New Heights Educational Group.

2. All works will be judged on a number of different things.

3. Judges will be persons that do not have a relationship with any of the contestants.

4. The decisions of the judges are final.

5. Results of the contest will be released by middle or end of the month of which the contest ends.

By submitting a work you:

You grant The New Heights Educational Group, Inc the right to publish all or part of your submission.

You Agree to all rules and the decisions of the judges and sponsors.

The New Heights Educational Group, Inc is not responsible for any lost, damaged, misdirected, delayed, mutilated, incomplete, illegible, or postage-due entries or mail.

All profits from this contest will go to The New Heights Educational Group, Inc. Resource and Literacy Center.

All winners will be announced on our website and will receive a letter or certificate of recognition and prize by mail and a phone call.
